Payment Terms

Payment terms for our services will be specified in individual service agreements. Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are due within 30 days of receipt. We reserve the right to suspend services for overdue payments.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FAAS Technologies, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific requirements unless explicitly stated in a service agreement.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FAAS Technologies, LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms of Service. Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
